What happens on the day
Get ready for an unforgettable day in Sonoma as you explore Charlie’s Acres Farm Animal Sanctuary and dig into a variety of vegan treats!
The incredible, non-profit organization has been rescuing neglected farm animals since 2016. And now, you’ll get to meet some of their adorable animal ambassadors.
With each animal’s physical and emotional well-being in mind, you’ll encounter pigs, goats, cows, chickens, and more. Hear their inspiring stories and discover how each one found a loving home at the sanctuary. You’ll also learn about the food industry and why plant-based diets are now more important than ever.
After your tour, you’ll visit a designated picnic area and indulge in a selection of artisan vegan cheeses and charcuterie. Plus, you can pick from a variety of beverages including juice, soft drinks, water, or a glass of local wine!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

- Participants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid ID to consume alcohol
- No outside food is allowed during the tour
- Filtered water is available, please bring your own reusable water bottle
- Feel free to bring your camera to snap photos
- Registered service animals may be accommodated with advance notice; however, some portions of the tour may not be available
- Your vegan picnic will contain nut and gluten ingredients, alternatives are available with prior notice

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
