Nestled in Northern Napa Valley, in the small city of Calistoga, Joseph Cellars Winery is a family-owned, 32-acre estate specializing in small-batch, sustainably crafted wines. Their estate-grown Cabernet is cultivated exclusively on-site, with the property encompassing two distinct AVAs (American Viticultural Areas). And now, you can experience this incredible winery firsthand!
Plus, there’s two unforgettable tasting options available:
Palisades Wine Tasting for Two: Sip and savor four seasonal, limited-production wines from the comfort of the club lounge or while taking in the vineyard views on the outdoor patio. Then, you’ll walk through the winery’s impressive 12,000-square-foot wine cave and learn about their winemaking process.
Wine Tasting and Charcuterie for Two: Complement your tasting with a curated selection of fresh charcuterie, featuring artisan cheeses, salami, dried fruits, and nuts—perfectly paired with four exceptional wines and a tour of the wine cave.

When Do I Choose A Date?

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
