Get ready for a match made in heaven: exquisite Sonoma wines and authentic Spanish flavors!
Just 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean, Marimar Estate thrives in the perfect microclimate for growing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and an array of Spanish varietals. Blending new and old world traditions, their vines also benefit from the sea’s cooling breezes and drifting fog. This picturesque estate is run by the iconic mother-daughter duo, Marimar and Cristina Torres, whose winegrowing roots trace back to the 17th century.
Upon arrival, you’ll settle in at a table for two before enjoying a flight of estate-grown wines. Plus, you’ll pair each sip with flavorful Spanish tapas straight from Marimar's cookbook. From irresistible Catalan-style meatballs to sweet figs and chocolate, each pairing is expertly designed to complement the wines and highlight their unique tasting notes (menus are subject to change).
At the end, you’ll take home your very own signed copy of Marimar's cookbook, so you can recreate her incredible recipes for years to come!
