Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering four-course menu inspired by the bold flavors and warmth of South India’s Madurai region. Start with aloo gobi sabzi, a fragrant and comforting potato and cauliflower curry.
Next, whip up a soul-soothing chicken curry with tomato, ginger, garlic, and onion – perfectly paired with aromatic jeera rice. For the grand finale, create a refreshingly creamy mango lassi with fresh mango pulp, yogurt, and just the right amount of sugar.
