Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering five-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with a comforting soybean paste stew (doenjang-jjigae) with tofu and garlic. Then, whip up a flavorful batch of chapgokbap, a traditional multigrain rice dish with assorted beans, and beoseot bokkeum (savory stir-fried mushrooms).
Next, you’ll make beautifully balanced japchae using potato starch noodles, spinach, mushrooms, eggs, and a sweet soy dressing. And for the grand finale, you’ll create heavenly hotteok: crispy, chewy pancakes filled with warm brown sugar and nuts.
