Located in the heart of Downtown Yountville, the Hill Family Estate tasting room offers a relaxed and intimate setting to explore some of the valley’s most expressive wines. Upon arrival, you’ll settle in for a seated tasting featuring four unique pours, each mysteriously concealed in black Riedel glasses.
With every blind sip, you’ll discover how aroma, texture, and flavor come together to shape each wine’s profile. Plus, you’ll explore different grape varieties while learning how vineyard appellations and vintages influence what’s in your glass. For the grand finale, you’ll put your palate to work as you guess each pour.
