What happens on the day
From flour to feast, get ready to whip up the ultimate Italian meal!
In just 2 hours, you'll master the art of gnocchi making – from crafting the perfect dough to cooking each piece, and everything in between. Your expert instructor will start with a detailed demonstration, then it's your turn to shine!
First, carefully roll and cut your dough into beautiful, pillow-shaped dumplings. Then, you’ll pleat each piece before boiling them to perfection. For the grand finale, you can smother your creations with two incredible sauces: tomato sugo or white mushroom.
The cherry on top? Everything you need to create gorgeous gnocchi will be provided. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets – so you can show off your new cooking skills from home.
