Fold up your map, put away the guidebook and jump into a GoCar, the world's first-ever GPS-guided storytelling car. Zip all over the neighborhood and listen to interesting facts as you go.
Plus, you’ll not only experience the vibrant streets of Chinatown, you’ll also see:

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
July - August :
Daily - 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
September - June :
Daily - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Important Details
Essential Information
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Drivers License
- Tour languages available include English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and German
- GoCars do not accommodate car seats for children
- Passengers must be over 4 years old and able to sit upright and fit into motorcycle helmets
- Helmets are provided and are required by California law
- All riders receive a full orientation
- On the day of rental, a security deposit will be held on your credit card until the GoCar is returned
- All riders must sign a standard participant agreement
- Renters will have the option to purchase Collision Damage Waiver insurance on the day of rental
- Additional rental time will be charged in 15-minute increments
- GoCar must be returned to rental location before closing time

Yes, the daily collision damage waiver for the rental is similar to a car rental and can be added for an additional cost.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
