What happens on the day
Breathe in, strike a pose, and make adorable new friends during this unforgettable Goat Yoga Session in Sonoma!
Your 1.5-hour experience kicks off at Charlie’s Acres, a non-profit farm animal sanctuary. Here, you’ll meet your experienced instructor who will introduce you to your fuzzy yoga partners and show you the basics of safe animal handling. Mats will be provided and placed 6+ feet apart to allow the goats (or sheep) to easily move in between each participant.
Your instructor will guide you through a series of simple and rejuvenating stretches. As you move through each pose, the goats may wander around, playfully interact with you, or even decide to join you on your mat! Plus, you’ll learn about their inspiring stories and hear how they found a loving home at the sanctuary.
After your session, feel free to stick around and meet even more rescued residents. This one-of-a-kind experience is perfect for animal lovers and yogis of all skill levels!

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
