Located in Geyserville, this Michelin-starred restaurant showcases award-winning Chef Douglas Keane’s creative, Asian-inspired flavors using local produce, fresh seafood, and ethically sourced proteins. Upon arrival, you’ll experience their unforgettable Dining Journey dinner beginning with a welcome glass of champagne in the Bubbles Lounge.
Then, you’ll proceed to the Kitchen Table, where you can interact with chefs as they expertly prepare and serve some of the restaurant’s most notable dishes like Maine lobster, A5 wagyu, and a variety of canapés. From there, you’ll step into the main dining room and admire breathtaking views of the surrounding Alexander Valley vineyards while additional courses are served, such as sobacha epi, black truffle chicken, and scallops with kohlrabi, husk cherry, and yuzu ginger dashi (menus are subject to change).
Finally, you'll enjoy dessert in the mysterious Chocolate Room, complete with a cascading chocolate fountain that fills the air with the heavenly scent of melted chocolate.
