Located in Fairfax, just north of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge, this roastery has been helping coffee lovers craft perfect beans since 2019. Upon arrival, you’ll settle in on a scenic outdoor patio with a barista-crafted coffee in hand. Admire stunning views of Marin County before joining your expert instructor for a hands-on roasting experience.
Step by step, you’ll learn how to transform raw, green coffee beans into perfectly brown, aromatic masterpieces. Using simple and approachable techniques, you’ll learn each stage of roasting, including drying, browning, and how to develop rich, complex flavors.
For the grand finale, you’ll step into the role of coffee maestro and roast your own batch. The best part? You’ll take home your personally roasted beans, ready to grind, brew, and savor every delicious sip!

Cancellation Policy
