Just 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean, Marimar Estate thrives in the perfect microclimate for growing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and an array of Spanish varietals. Blending new and old world traditions, their vines also benefit from the sea’s cooling breezes and drifting fog. This picturesque estate is run by the iconic mother-daughter duo, Marimar and Cristina Torres, whose winegrowing roots trace back to the 17th century.
Whether you choose to sit on the sunlit outdoor patio or inside the Catalan-inspired tasting room, you’ll enjoy five estate-grown wines. With each sip, your expert guide will highlight the wine's unique flavors and fascinating backstories. Plus, you’ll share a small cheese plate, complete with Spanish cheese, nuts, and dried fruit.
