What happens on the day
Wine in hand, brush in the other!
Located in San Francisco's vibrant Richmond District, this relaxed and creative studio is perfect for artists of all skill levels. Upon arrival, you can help yourself to a complimentary glass of wine plus coffee, tea, and hot chocolate (or bring your favorite beverage from home).
Then, with your expert instructor leading the way, you’ll decorate an 8-inch ceramic plate using colorful underglazes and a unique technique called sgraffito. This method involves scratching designs into your ceramic’s surface. The results are bold, vibrant, and totally one-of-a-kind!
After class, your food and dishwasher-safe plate will be expertly fired, glazed, and ready for pickup in three to four weeks.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
- No experience necessary
- Participants must be at least 21 years old
- Guests are welcome to BYOB (non-alcoholic or alcoholic)
- Guests must bring their valid photo IDs to consume alcohol
- Your pieces will not be ready to take home the same day, they’ll be available for pickup approximately 3 to 4 weeks after your class

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 5 days prior to the experience. However, all cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to additional fees. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 5 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
