Availability
When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Year-Round:
Tuesday and Wednesday - 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Thursday - 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Friday - 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Saturday - 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM
Sunday - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
*Bowling sessions begin on the hour and the last bowling session starts 1 hour before close.
Important Details
Essential Information
- Bowlers must be at least 3 years old
- Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to bowl after 6 PM, Monday through Saturday
- Food and drink is not included, but can be purchased separately at the venue
- Outside food and drink is prohibited
- Bumpers are available upon request and with prior notice
- This experience is ADA accessible

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation requests will be allowed. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
