Your 60 to 90-minute tasting begins when you step inside the historic General Joseph Hooker House. Here, you’ll enjoy three glasses of single vineyard, single vintage Under the Wire wines that celebrate the diversity of the region.
Beginning in 2007, Bedrock has made it their mission to preserve and rehabilitate old vineyards around California. The result? A dazzling array of reds, whites, and sparkling wines that celebrate the diversity of the region.
Pair your incredible wines with three, 1-ounce tins of caviar plus a wide variety of chips and crème fraîche. Of course, you’ll also learn fascinating tidbits about Sonoma Valley’s history throughout the tasting.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience and may incur fees.
