You will watch as your instructor demonstrates how to make dumpling wrappers from scratch and the best places to find store-bought wrappers. Then, using dumpling wrappers, you'll learn the various shapes such as triangular, crescent, and pleated. Next, learn how to boil, steam, and fry your dumplings to perfection. You'll also learn how to make a variety of fillings that include ingredients like pork, chives, shrimp, and fresh vegetables. After you're done cooking, you’ll dine together on your freshly-made masterpieces.
This 2-hour class welcomes newcomers and experienced chefs looking to discover new recipes! All ingredients and equipment are provided, so all you need to do is bring your passion and curiosity for food. If you have any questions throughout, feel free to raise a hand.
