Perched on a scenic hilltop, Rutherford Hill Winery offers sweeping views of Napa Valley and a terroir reminiscent of Pomerol in Bordeaux. Since 1972, they’ve specialized in crafting exceptional California Merlot alongside other varietals, all blending traditional with innovative techniques.
Your adventure begins with a scenic ATV ride up to their picturesque estate vineyard. Here, you’ll admire views of the Rutherford Bench while learning all about their dedication to sustainable farming practices. Then, descend into the winery’s mile-long hillside caves for a behind-the-scenes tour.
The best part? Surrounded by aging barrels, you’ll enjoy a selection of reserve-tier wines, perfectly paired with gourmet cheese and charcuterie!
