In just 2 hours, you’ll learn how to shape, pleat, and cook an incredible batch of Siu Mai dumplings from scratch. Your expert instructor will start with a detailed demonstration, and then, it's your turn to shine.
Using fresh ingredients, you’ll learn how to make a flavorful shrimp or vegetarian filling. Next, practice a variety of folding techniques before discovering the perfect sauce to pair with your creations. By the end, all that’s left to do is dig in!
The cherry on top? Everything you need to create decadent dumplings will be provided. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets, so you can show off your new cooking skills from home.
