What happens on the day
Take your taste buds on an incredible international journey – no passport required!
In just 2 hours, you’ll learn how to fill, roll, and cut the perfect piece of sushi. With help from your expert instructor, you’ll make 3 different rolls: Tuna or Salmon, California Roll, and a "Chef's Choice.” Each roll features locally sourced fish and sustainable ingredients.
Feeling adventurous? You’re welcome to mix and match ingredients, developing pieces that are uniquely you. Once your masterpiece is complete, there’s nothing left to do but dig in!
Everything you need to create stunning sushi rolls will be provided. All you need to bring along is your creativity and appetite!
