With two convenient San Diego locations, Grotto is the go-to destination for indoor bouldering and yoga. Your pre-paid membership gives you full access to both gyms, including unlimited use of all climbing areas, fitness spaces, and yoga classes.
Scale dozens of exciting bouldering routes, from beginner-friendly problems to more advanced challenges. You’ll also receive one guest pass each month and complimentary gear rentals for the first 30 days.
Beyond the walls, you’ll find luxury amenities, thoughtfully designed yoga spaces, and a welcoming community vibe that makes every visit energizing and fun.

Availability
When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Year-Round:
Monday through Friday - 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to redeeming your Virgin Gifts Voucher for your climbing gym membership, Virgin Gifts' standard return and exchange policy shall apply. This includes the ability to exchange this gift for any other gift or experience offered by Virgin Gifts. However, once you have redeemed your Virgin Gifts Voucher and been issued the membership, you will no longer be able to exchange your experience for another Virgin Gifts experience, and no refunds will be given.
