What happens on the day
Roll up your sleeves, it’s time to get cooking! During this 2-hour class, you’ll learn how to create delicious Chinese dumplings alongside an expert chef.
Everything you need to get started will be provided – equipment, tools, and of course, fresh ingredients! First, your instructor will show you how to make Pork and Vegetarian fillings. Then, using high-quality, store-bought dumpling wrappers, you’ll master the basics of dumpling wrapping. Fold each piece into different shapes including triangular, crescent, and pleated.
Once your masterpieces are complete, there’s nothing left to do but dig in. Plus, you’ll learn where you can find each ingredient in San Diego – so you can show off your dumpling skills at home!
