Located just a short drive from San Francisco in Yolo County, the HIVE is a Zero Net Energy facility dedicated to preserving pollinators and celebrating (you guessed it) honey! Upon arrival, you'll enjoy gorgeous views of their 2+ acres of pollinator habitat.
During your visit, an expert guide will walk you through the process of how nectar is transformed into liquid gold. Plus, you’ll sample five incredible honeys with a variety of unique flavors of aromas. Each one is 100% natural, raw, and produced from a single floral source. The best part? You’ll get to take home a 3-ounce jar of each honey – the perfect souvenir!
Finally, you’ll dive into the delicious world of mead, a unique alcoholic beverage fermented with honey. Sip and savor four distinct meads that showcase different honey varietals, yeast strains, fruits, and spices. You’ll even get to enjoy a freshly prepared charcuterie and cheese board.

When Do I Choose A Date?

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation requests will be allowed. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 5 days prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 5 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
