- The individual weight of each passenger may not exceed 200 lbs for the R22, and 300 lbs per individual for the R44
- Photo ID is required
- Passengers must be at least 7 years of age
- A parental consent form must be signed for anyone under 18 years old

Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your flight is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule directly with your experience provider.

Loved it the pilot was very experienced and great we will recommend him to our friends and family . Also really enjoyed the open space in the cockpit and air condition inside the helicopter .
