In just 2 hours, you'll discover the secrets of sushi—from how to prepare the perfect batch of sushi rice to selecting sushi-grade fish, and everything in between. Your expert instructor will start with a detailed demonstration, then it's your turn to shine!
Put your new skills to the test as you create three incredible rolls: California, tuna, and salmon. For the grand finale, you’ll cut each roll into the perfect, bite-sized pieces—ready for you to dig in.
The cherry on top? Everything you need to create stunning sushi will be provided. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets, so you can show off your new cooking skills from home.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
