- Drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license
- International driver's licenses are accepted
- Passengers must be at least 6 years old
- Individuals cannot exceed 250 lbs and the maximum combined weight is 400 lbs
- Maximum height for participants riding with a passenger is 6' 3"
- No passing, racing, or bumping will be tolerated
- Pets are not allowed in the mini cars
