Experience the freedom of exploring West Los Angeles at your own pace! Beginning in Santa Monica, you’ll hop aboard one of the following bike styles:
Comfort Hybrid Bike : This sleek ride features a lightweight design and multiple speeds. It’s quick, comfortable, and fun to ride.
Lightweight Electric Bike : Ride a high-quality Cannondale or Specialized bike and explore the streets of Santa Monica with ease (thanks to your bike's easy-to-use pedal assist).
No matter the bike, you’ll also receive a helmet, lock, bike bag, and illustrated maps. Where you go is completely up to you! Visit the Santa Monica Pier before zipping through Marina del Rey, past the Venice Canals, Muscle Beach, the famous Art Walls, and more.
Since this adventure is self-guided, you can ride at your own speed. Stop to grab a bite, snap photos, or soak up the scenery – whatever your heart desires!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Do I need previous experience?
While you do not need previous e-bike experience, you will need to be able to ride a standard, two-wheeled bicycle.
What should I bring?
Bring your ID, a credit card, reusable water bottle, and sunglasses. Do not bring oversized items like large bags or purses.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
