Join family, friends, and fellow foodies around the table as a professional chef walks you through the step-by-step process for making authentic Asian dumplings. You will watch as your instructor demonstrates how to make dumpling dough from scratch. Then, using dumpling wrappers, you'll learn the techniques to boil, steam, and fry them. You'll also make two delicious fillings, a pork-based option and a veggie filling, perfect for vegan and vegetarian friends. After you're done cooking, you’ll dine together on your freshly-made masterpieces with soy sauce and sesame oil.
This 2-hour class welcomes newcomers and experienced chefs looking to discover new recipes! All ingredients and equipment are provided, so all you need to do is bring your passion and curiosity for food. If you have any questions throughout, feel free to raise a hand. It was a great date night. Vic was extremely helpful, kind and cheerful. I only wish we were able to make the filling as well. But we got the recipe, so that makes up for it.
