Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.

The experience with BIG BEAR OFF ROAD EXPERIENCE INC was awesome, our tour guy Tyler was the best! Unfortunately, Virgin experience RUINED the trip for a 2 members that were coming with us. We purchased the experience on the Virgin Experience website, and when we did the reservation it wouldn't let us add all the guests, I reached out to customer service and it took weeks to hear back from them, and with no solution whatsoever, so only 3 of us came. When arrived to BIG BEAR OFF ROAD EXPERIENCE INC, I noticed all of us could have gone to Big Bear to enjoy the experience. So, a big shout out to BIG BEAR OFF ROAD EXPERIENCE INC, but Virgin experience you are the worst. Next time Im contacting the places instead of using this kind of websites that don't do anything right.
