Chef Gregg was an incredible professor. Friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. He gave lots of pro tips and warnings against harmful foods. Not sure why the class was listed as 2 hours. In reality, it lasted over 4 hours, including time to eat our creation. The ravioli he taught us to make was delicious - highly recommend.

What happens on the day
Whether you’re a regular foodie or a kitchen newbie, this ravioli cooking class is perfect for all skill levels.
In just 2 hours, you’ll learn how to make, fill, and cut incredible ravioli from scratch. With help from your expert instructor, you’ll carefully roll out your pasta dough into beautiful, thin sheets. Then, fill each piece with a delicious blend of fresh ricotta and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Finally, you’ll craft a mouthwatering Romesco sauce. Once your masterpiece is complete, there’s nothing left to do but dig in!
Everything you need to create the perfect pasta dish will be provided. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets – so you can create your tasty dish again and again!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
