Visit some of the South Shore's most popular sights and avoid the crowds with this Scenic Helicopter Tour of Lake Tahoe!
Departing from South Lake Tahoe, your experienced pilot will fly your group (pending combined weight restrictions) to your choice of the following destinations:
Emerald Bay (10-Minute) - This approximately 10-minute flight will take you to Lake Tahoe's only true bay. Named for its shimmering emerald green waters, this is not a destination to be missed! Along the way you will also see Fallen Leaf Lake, Cascade Lake, Taylor Cree, and Pope Beach.
Zephyr Cove (20-Minute) - This approximately 20-minute flight showcases the entire south shore of Lake Tahoe. You will start by heading east and into Nevada to witness the gorgeous blue and teal waters of Zephyr Cove. After circling the cove, you will then head back west past Fallen Leaf Lake and Cascade Lake to Emerald Bay.
Sand Harbor (30-Minute) - This approximately 30-minute flight will take you to see one of Tahoe's most popular beaches from above! Your bird's eye view will help you to appreciate the beach's sandy shore and multi-hued waters. On the way, you will fly over many of the east shore's hidden beaches (and local favorites) like Secret Harbor, Skunk Harbor, Chimney Beach and more. Before heading back, your expert pilot will take you higher up so that you can catch a glimpse of Marlette Lake, nestled at 7,841 feet above sea level!

FAQs
Are there any weight restrictions?
Yes. Each individual participant cannot exceed 250 pounds. In addition, the combined weight of all participants (up to 3, pending option selected) cannot exceed 550 pounds.
Can kids fly?
Yes! Children are welcome to enjoy the flight. If the child is under the age of 2, they must sit in an adult passenger's lap. Safety ear protection will be provided.
Can I bring my camera?

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will receive a 50% credit back to their Virgin Gifts account. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the total value of your experience. In the event your experience is cancelled due to inclement weather or aircraft maintenance, you will reschedule your experience directly with the experience provider.
