Departing from South Lake Tahoe, your experienced pilot will begin your flight by taking you over the famed Emerald Bay. Named for its shimmering, emerald green waters, Emerald Bay is not to be missed and very few get to experience it from above! From the bay, you will continue along the shore and enjoy aerial views of Tahoe's most popular attractions. Along the way, you will see Zephyr Cove, Sand Harbor, and a few hidden local gems.

Are there any weight restrictions?
Yes. Each individual participant cannot exceed 250 pounds. In addition, the combined weight of all participants (up to 3) cannot exceed 550 pounds.
Can kids fly?
Yes! Children are welcome to enjoy the flight. If the child is under the age of 2, they must sit in a an adult passenger's lap. Safety ear protection will be provided.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will receive a 50% credit back to their Virgin Gifts account. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the total value of your experience. In the event your experience is cancelled due to inclement weather or aircraft maintenance, you will reschedule your experience directly with the experience provider.
