What happens on the day
Master the skill of improv with a virtual improv class taught by a true master of the craft. This virtual experience allows you to learn and practice in the most comfortable environment, your home!
You'll learn the fundamentals of “yes and,” be free to ask whatever questions you have, and receive helpful answers from a friendly, engaging teacher. Your instructor has performed in over 4000 shows with Chicago’s iconic Chicago City Limits improv troupe. He has taught fortune 500 companies as well as individuals, so he can tailor each class to the needs of the student(s). It is his belief that anyone, anywhere, can learn how to improvise. Will you be his next pupil?
The lesson will be scaffolded, so you’ll build upon previously introduced information, creating a deep understanding of improvisation techniques. After the hour has passed, you'll be able to tackle comedy and drama scenes, and to create a full, rich story out of a single question. This experience is a fun way to improve your speech, and the principles you'll learn can be applied to a wide array of life circumstances, from business to interpersonal relationships.
This laughter-filled lesson offers the most comprehensive experience and is accessible to all experience levels, from professionals to amateurs and those wishing to learn a new skill or tackle stage fright.
