The 60 minute online consultation will begin with a discussion of your running history including any previous injuries, as well as setting out your running goals for the future. Using a video previously supplied by you ahead of the meeting, the coach will analyze your running technique from head-to-toe including posture, cadence and even foot strike.
Using a movement screen, the coach will identify key opportunities for improvement of your running technique. Along the way, you can ask any burning questions you might have. Following the session, you’ll receive a personalized report, outlining the coach’s recommendations to serve as a roadmap for you.
