What happens on the day
Allow Mother Nature to rejuvenate your body and soul with a trip into Sedona’s vast and energy-rich desert wonderlands.
Your 90-minute meditative journey will begin when you meet up with your local guide, a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor. Surrounded by incredible red rock formations, you’ll immediately feel a deep connection to nature. Take a short walk into the desert and situate yourselves in a breathtaking location.
As you enter this sacred space, your instructor will guide you through a grounding and intention-setting exercise. Learn about the special energy generated by Sedona’s vortexes and discover how these areas can help you explore your own inner landscape. You’ll also hear about the 5 essentials of meditation and uncover different relaxation techniques.
Put these lessons into practice as you sit on a provided cushion or chair and complete a 25-minute meditation. Slip into serenity and feel your soul begin to soar amongst Sedona’s red rocks. Following your guided meditation, there will be plenty of time to ask your instructor any questions that you may have.

What can I expect on this experience?
You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable local guides. The goal is to have a relaxing time while exploring the desert and meditating amongst Sedona's breathtaking red rock formations.
What is a vortex?
Sedona's vortexes are swirling centers of energy permeating from the Earth. They are often visited for healing, meditation, and self-reflection. After visiting a vortex, you may feel inspired and recharged.
What should I bring?
Bring a positive attitude, water, sunscreen, a sunhat, walking shoes, and comfortable layers of clothing. In the winter months, be sure to wear a jacket and warm clothing.
Is this experience wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately the trails are not wheelchair accessible. However, if you or someone in your group is unable to walk on a hiking trail, our partners may be able to arrange a drive to an outdoor, private spot. If you require special accommodations, please include these during the booking process.

If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
