In just 2 hours, you'll discover how to make the perfect batch of sushi, from how to prepare delicious rice to selecting sushi-grade fish, and everything in between. It all starts with a live demo from your expert instructor, and then it’s your time to shine.
Put your new skills to the test as you create three custom rolls: classic California, cucumber, and a “catch of the day” roll featuring fresh, locally sourced, and sustainable ingredients. For the finishing touch, you’ll slice each roll into bite-sized pieces, ready to plate and devour.
