Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations are not permitted. However, you are permitted to reschedule your experience up to 7 days prior to the experience. Any rescheduling within 7 days of the experience is subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule in accordance with these requirements will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
