Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

Was posted on website as 3-4 hour tour, ,from departure to drop off was 2.5 hours. Felt slighted a bit . Yes it was raining but the tour is advertised rain or shine
While I very much enjoyed the tour and our tour guide was great......it was very expensive! Which is why I would not rank higher and could not recommend to most people.
