- Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by both parents who must be present at the track on the day of the ride along
- Participants must be between 5'0" - 6'4" and 100 - 300 pounds
- Participants must be in good health and be able to enter and exit the car unassisted through a window opening that is 15" high x 30" wide, sitting 36" off the ground

Is there an age requirement?
Participants must be at least 14 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by both parents and they must be present at the track on the day of the ride along. If a parent is unable to attend the track date, they must sign a waiver in advance and have it notarized.
Do I need a driver's license?
No, a driver's license is not required for the ride along. However, please have a valid photo ID handy for registration purposes at the track on the day of your experience.
Are there any physical requirements or restrictions?
Participants must be a minimum of 5'0'' and 100 lbs, and a maximum of 6'4'' and 300 lbs. Participants must be in good health, and be able to enter and exit the car unassisted through a window opening 15" high x 30" wide, sitting 36" off the ground, with little or no assistance.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no cancellations are allowed. You may reschedule up to 30 days prior to your reserved date with an administrative rescheduling fee. If you reschedule within 30 days of your reservation, you will be required to pay an additional rescheduling fee of 50% of your experience. If, for some reason, you can not attend on your reserved date, you may send a substitution at no additional charge. Refunds will not be offered.
