Grab an animal-loving friend and head to a picturesque Oregon homestead where you’ll learn all about animal care and even get to milk a cow!
Experience authentic farm life as you enjoy a 2-hour tour around an animal paradise. Begin with a stroll around the homestead, where you can spend time getting to know the animals, petting, brushing, feeding, or just hanging out with them. Learn what the animals like to eat and how the owners care for them.
Then it’s your turn to do some farm work of your own. Get ready to milk a cow! You can choose to milk by hand or use the machine, doing as much as you’re comfortable with. After the milking is done, you’ll learn how to strain and cool the milk.

What a fun experience! Charlies was amazing; knowledgeable, engaging and amusing. We fed and engaged with the animals. Holding, petting, and learning about many of the farm happenings. We milked Hazel and discussed all things dairy. She then invited us into her home where we taste tested some of the most amazing products produced on her farm. Charlie and her family are lovely hosts, the experience was amazing! Forget dinner and a movie, go see Charlie at her farm, for your next date or friend adventure!
