What happens on the day
Say cheese, strike a pose, and discover NYC's best alongside a local photographer and guide!
At the beginning of your tour, you'll be presented with location options by the photographer. Choose up to three locations which may include (and are subject to change) Times Square and the Theatre District, Central Park, Downtown Manhattan, Midtown Manhattan, and the Brooklyn Bridge.
As you make your way through the city, your native New York guide will lead you to some of the Big Apple’s most iconic landmarks, scenic neighborhoods, and hidden gems - all while capturing incredible photos of you and your group along the way. You’ll also receive insider tips and recommendations to help make the most of your time in the city.
After your tour, at least 75 professionally captured photos will be delivered electronically via an online gallery and downloadable zip file, giving you the perfect keepsake from your NYC adventure!

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Is this more of an informative or photographic tour?
What happens in inclement weather?
How will we get around the city?
For distances too far to walk in a short timeframe (i.e. from the Brooklyn Bridge to Times Square), your tour-guide will take you via the subway. This is an excellent way to orient yourself to our public transportation system. Plus, we'll take some great photos of you in the subway! The subways are safe, convenient and often a lot of fun. A one - day unlimited pass is $8.25.
If you prefer a cab, depending on the number of people in our group (no more than 4 to a cab in New York City), this can also be arranged. The cost is at the expense of the group, usually no more than $6-$10 from most points within Manhattan.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no returns or exchanges are allowed. All bookings are final, unless there is inclement weather. In the event of inclement weather tours may be rescheduled.
