What happens on the day
Get ready to blow off some steam as you hop aboard a massive Caterpillar excavator for some metal-crushing fun!
Your incredible Crush a Car Experience will begin with a safety overview and an in-depth orientation of your excavator. Your professional instructor will show you all of the machine’s levers and buttons, and before you know it, you’ll be operating your heavy machinery like an expert!
Next, you’ll be handed a bottle of spray paint. Unleash all of your negative thoughts by writing them on your soon-to-be smashed car. Once you’re finished painting, it’s time to enjoy your ‘crush therapy’ session.
Using the bucket of your 30,000-pound excavator, stab, break, and demolish the car to your heart’s content. Experience the satisfaction of shattering the car’s windows and watch as the metal frame splinters onto the ground. For the final blow, try to rip the car off its axles or flatten it until it's unrecognizable.

What can I expect during this experience?
You can expect to have a great time crushing a car with a 30,000-pound CAT 313FL. The goal is to feel all your stress melt away as you smash, crush, and demolish the car to your heart's content.
What should I wear? Will I get dirty?
Closed toe shoes are required to participate. Otherwise, wear clothing that is comfortable and weather appropriate. You might get a little dust on your shoes, but unless you want to lie down and roll in the dirt, you’ll leave squeaky clean.
Can my friends and family watch?
Yes! There are two dedicated areas for spectators to watch and take photos.
Can I have someone ride in the cab with me?
No. For safety reasons, all machines are for one person.
Do I need a driver's license?
Nope, no driving experience needed!
What is the accessibility of this experience?
Most disabilities can be accommodated during this experience. However, you must have good vision and have good use of your upper body. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, we ask that you bring along someone who can help the instructors facilitate through sign language. What if I don't speak or understand English?

Why do I have to take a breathalyzer test?
Because safety is our partner's number one priority and concern, all individuals must be able to pass a breathalyzer in order to operate your machine. If you fail this test, you will not be allowed to participate and you will lose the value of your experience.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
