Boston Harbor Sunset Cruise

It was amazing!!! All of the staff were friendly especially the bartenders! I would love to go back again.

Once again we enjoyed our Boston harbor sunset cruise. We were so lucky that we had a beautiful summer evening to be in Boston and out on the water. Very interesting and informative. Praises for the staff at Cloud9 for booking and confirmation. Pete & Nancy

I booked this as a surprise for my girlfriend. The view was beautiful, and we were a little surprised at how much historical information was given on the tour. Definitely a good trip worth taking (again)!!

The Boston Whart area is large and it's not clear where within the area to check in. Clearer instruction on the check-in location and the check-in process would probably help future people.

when we got there at harbor cruise they had a hard time finding my reservation even though i brought the information i was told to bring. the trip was amazing and infromative

We have used Cloud 9 Living several times and have NEVER been disappointed!!! Our Sunset Harbor Cruise was magnificent! Evan, the young man who explained & educated us on all the sights, was SUPERB! We'd like to do this one again with family & friends.

The narrator was nice if you wanted to hear it, but there was no level on the boat without loud speaker blaring. Otherwise it was a really great time, views of Boston and planes that you've never seen!

It was an enjoyable experience. Great tour guide, beautiful views. I wish they provided more than a bag of chips as a snacks with the drinking that's happening.

The sights were beautiful . The host was very cordial but her historical facts not all accurate. I expected a more romantic atmosphere as there were multiple people including children. Couldnt go on top deck because it was full. I feel like there should be less people or there should ne an option to pick the area/seat. Couldnt get pics when the sun sst due to overcrowding. Overall it was a great experience because I love the water.

Very educational and enjoyable cruise

It was a very busy time of the year in Boston so it was very very full on the boat but it was a very nice evening and we had a very Nice experience with my wife and our two daughters!!!

The reason I picked a 7 for the overall satisfaction was due to the fact it was foggy, and not the sunset cruise I was hoping for. I feel I should have been offered a choice to come back on a not so foggy day. Also, drink prices seemed way too much. $6.25 for a beer is a little steep. I may have purchase more for my family if the price was not so much. I was afraid to ask about other purchases knowing the price would be much more than I was willing to pay. I just paid a $125.00 for the cruise.

The check-in process could have been improved. When we arrived we had to wait in line to get our tickets and there was only one person at the counter and over 20 people in line. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and quick, but just one more person attending to those waiting would have helped. Because of this, the cruise left about 15 minutes later than the scheduled time because they needed to attend to everyone waiting in line before leaving. It was no big deal, but something that could have been improved.

Could not hear guides voice and we were about 15 feet from her. Miserable sound system.

The cruise was wonderful, the problem was that when we went to confirm our reservations at the dock, they told us we had a balance of $39 (which we didn't, it was paid in full). We had to go through a few hoops before we could sail. They said that they had a hard time because of the 3rd party billing via Cloud 9 Living.

SEVERELY over crowded to the point that it was hardly enjoyable. If they cut the crowd down by even just 1/4 it would have been so much better.

Was pretty disappointed with this cruise. In the description, it mentions going to Boston Light. The ship never left the inner harbor and did not go anywhere near Boston Light which is way out in the farthest part of the harbor. The tour guide did not do a good job and seemed to be using a fake Irish accent when narrating that I did not hear when speaking to the man between narrations. One good point I will give the cruise was watch the canon fired on Old Ironsides at sunset. This tour fell far short of the experience promised and only gets two stars because of the canon. Since this is provided by another party, there should be a match between what is promised and what is delivered.
