Gourmet Bottomless Mimosa Brunch Cruise in Chicago

The cruise was good but your instructions related to dress for men is way off base. There was not a sport coat in sight----obviously, the cruise officials do not police their own policies ----- we saw tee shirts, shorts, etc. Revise your instructions so that you do not inconvenience guests. Business Casual does not include sport coats for men!

Overall good experience except I upgraded to the campaign brunch and the cruise said that they don't offer that package. Thankfully after pestering the manager we got campaign, but the manger was pretty obviously annoyed and rude. Other than that, food was good and views were great.

The food was so good! That was the only good thing! Too many people. Dirty, old boat. Asked to be seated by the window, but I didn't book a "window seat table." Where did that option exist when making the booking??? Hostess said she would put us on the "window waitlist" and she might as well had just kept her mouth closed. There were several tables by the windows that were never used. The staff was sub-par. Our "waiter" came around once to help and every other time we saw him he was either flirting with the other staff or talking to them about anything other than work. Had to practically beg for the "bottomless mimosas" which were orange juice with a splash of cheap champagne and water? I will never, ever, ever, do this to myself of my husband ever again. Do not trap yourself on this vessel for 2 hours like we foolishly did.
