When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
- Your guide will provide narration in English, but audio tours in various foreign languages are available upon request
- Includes hotel pick-up and drop-off from hotels in the Downtown and Fisherman's Wharf area
- It is strongly recommended not to book flights or travel arrangements for the same day as the tour
- Meals or beverages are not included in the price of this experience
- Route and itinerary are subject to change due to weather, road, and trail conditions
- Children under the age of 8 must be secured in a car seat or booster seat in the back seat due to CA law. Children under the age of 8 who are 4'9" or taller may be secured by a safety belt in the back seat.
- Participants are required to provide their own child seat if needed
- Please note: all non-US residents over the age of 16 will be required to pay an additional $100 fee per person to enter the National Park. This fee will be collected prior to your tour in accordance with the National Park Service’s (NPS) new fee structure implemented on January 1, 2026.
- Non-US residents who have purchased a valid America the Beautiful (ATB) International Pass will be exempt from the additional fee; however, proof of pass is required.
- All US residents must bring a valid photo ID to prove residency

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience, subject to a rescheduling fee per booking. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule within 72 hours of your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
