During this 2-hour experience, you won’t have to lift a finger. A team of professionals will handle everything from setup to cleanup, decorating your location with pillows, blankets, a full tablescape, customized letter board, and more. They’ll even bring sparkling and still water plus one food item of your choice:
- Assorted desserts on a 2-tier stand
- 4-inch, two-layer celebration cake
- French Baguette, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar Dip, marinated fresh mozzarella
Of course, everything will match your chosen theme. Take your pick from three different themes including cute and cozy, elegant and classy, or sweet and simple.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or reschedule at least 7 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.

We had a fantastic picnic! It was a gorgeous day with an incredible view of the Golden Gate Bridge, and it was super easy to find the spot. Once we arrived, everything was all set up -- they thought through everything, including chargers, games, food, drink, and blankets! Two hours was the perfect amount of time, and the picnic was easy to book and coordinate. Highly recommend if you're looking for a chill few hours to relax and bond with a partner!
Wonderful picnic set up surprise for my wife's birthday! The team were super communicative and found a great spot at the Palace of Fine Arts. We felt like celebrities! Highly recommend for those special occasions.
