Kick things off with a 4-hour sailing experience aboard the Californian, a replica of a gold rush era revenue cutter and the Official Tall Ship of the State of California. Become a part of the crew as you help haul lines and even man the helm! Along the way, you’ll listen to captivating tales about the history of sailing and exploration in San Diego.
Then, visit the world’s best collection of historic ships at the Maritime Museum. Each ship houses on-board exhibits, creating a unique floating museum. Uncover the Age of Steam, visit the USS Dolphin submarine, and explore an impressive gallery of model ships.
You’ll even get to see the world’s oldest active sailing ship, the Star of India. This incredible ship has sailed around the world a whopping twenty-one times!
