Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.

We had so much fun! The service, bottomless mimosas, and brunch buffet were great.
My husband and I loved this cruise! The breakfast buffet was awesome (sausage, bacon, eggs, salmon, steak, fruits, vegetable salads, pastries, french toast, juice, coffee, etc!), the waiters were really friendly, bathrooms were nice, the boat was nice and had plentiful inside and outside seating, and they really kept the champagne flowing. They offered desserts later as well that were tasty. I saw parts of San Diego from new vantage points which was quite interesting, especially the naval ships and Coronado Island. My only caution is that if you are easily annoyed by drunk bachelorette parties then don't book this cruise; there were two or three bachelorette-type celebrations - they were just having a good time because the cruise is fantastic, but lots of screams and selfies.
