What happens on the day
The clock is ticking. Can you escape before time runs out?
It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your experience in order to prepare and learn about your upcoming mission. You and your team will then assemble in a themed room and will have 60 minutes to attempt to solve the puzzle and escape the room. Whether the mission is a success or failure, your team will regroup after to debrief and take photos!
Located in the entertainment hub of Irvine Spectrum Center, you can choose from 6 different escape rooms all presenting different themes, challenges, and puzzles!
The Depths - Descend into a dark and abandoned underwater laboratory where eerie recordings, cryptic clues, and strange experiments await beneath the ocean’s surface. (Difficulty: 7/10)
Prison Break - It’s 1955, and you’ve been wrongfully imprisoned for life. Your only hope? Escaping the same mysterious fate as the inmate who vanished before you. (Difficulty: 9/10)
The Heist - Infiltrate a prestigious art museum, recover a stolen masterpiece, and escape before the curator returns in this fast-paced espionage mission. (Difficulty: 8/10)
Playground - Summer vacation is almost here, but first, your team must tackle the ultimate classroom challenge filled with unexpected twists and puzzles. (Difficulty: 6/10)
Special Ops: Mysterious Market - You and your fellow field agents were sent to investigate the area's local market. It's late, it's quiet... but something's not quite right. Just as you are about to wrap up your inspection, you encounter a twist you never expected. Should you have seen this coming? (Difficulty: 8/10)
Legend of the Yeti - An expedition vanished high in the Himalayas while chasing a legendary jewel. Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

- The Prison Break, Special Ops, Gold Rush, and The Heist escape rooms accommodate up to 8 people
- The Playground escape room accommodates up to 12 people
- It is recommended that participants are at least 13 years of age or older due to the difficulty of the puzzles
- Any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises

Will I be with other players?
Yes, depending on the capacity of the room, you may be accompanied by other participants during this experience.
Am I actually going to be locked inside the room?
Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Is there an age limit?
It is recommended that the escape games are for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
Can I bring food or drink into the games?
No food or drink is allowed inside the escape rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience at no charge. Once you are within 72 hours of your experience, cancellations are not allowed and failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. Rescheduling is allowed anytime before your reservation.
