What happens on the day
Imagine standing on the edge of a bridge with steep canyon walls rising above you. Looking down at the raging water ten stories below, your palms begin to sweat, your throat becomes dry and your heart beats so hard you feel it through your chest. This is bungee jumping!
You'll start your day out with a scenic 5-mile hike along a sparkling mountain river as you wind through the beautiful Angeles National Forest. The hike is of moderate difficulty and takes approximately 2 hours in each direction.
Once you reach the bridge, you'll relax for 15 minutes or so and then you'll go through "jump school" for about 30 minutes. Then it's on! Starting with the lighter weight participants, the bungee jumping begins!
Once you've jumped you can head on out, or hang out and swim at the river.

Available Jump Packages:
- 1 Jump Package - Front swan dive or backward plunge with a body harness.
- 2 Jump Package - Front swan dive and backward plunge with a body harness.
- 3 Jump Package - First two jumps: front swan dive and backward plunge with a body harness. Third jump is also a body harness.
- 4 Jump Package - Four jumps with body harness. Choose four from the following list: front swan dive, backward plunge, backward lumber jack, forward lumber jack and elevator drop.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
- All participants must be at least 12 years old and weigh between 80 and 265 pounds. If participants weigh above 265 pounds an additional fee and special booking arrangements are required. Please email Virgin Gifts if you weigh more than 265 pounds. Participants under 18 years of age must have parental authorization.
- Please note that this experience includes a rocky, rugged 10-mile (round trip) hike that crosses a river 12 times
- It is highly recommended to bring a backpack with a lunch, snacks, water and clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. No alcohol or glass containers are allowed
- Parking fees are not included

Is this experience safe?
Yes, this experience is safe! The company was founded in 1989 and is the oldest operating bungee jumping company in the United States. They are the only government certified bungee company in the state of California, they are also OSHA Certified. In 37+ years, they have not experienced a single injury of any kind. Their technical knowledge is the best in the world and their safety record reflects that.

Can I upgrade to more jumps when I get there?
Yes, you can upgrade your jump package both prior to your hike to the bridge or once at the bridge itself. You will simply pay the difference in the package price. If purchasing at the bridge please bring cash and know that there is an additional upgrade fee. Upgrades are allowed based on the availability of the day.
Can I bring my friends with me if they don't want to jump?
Friends and family are always welcome to join, however they must register online with the experience provider and pay a non-refundable fee. The fee allows access to the facilities at the bridge as well as the guided hike. If spectators decide they'd like to jump while at the bridge, the fee will be applied towards their jump. If purchasing a jump at the bridge, please know that the jump must be paid for in cash and there is a late registration fee.
While the jumps are taking place spectators can watch from the bridge or hang out in the river below while catching some rays.
Do they provide helmets
Helmets are required by the state of California ever since 3 years ago and they do provide the helmets for you, some even with GoPro mounts on them (GoPro not included).

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations are allowed up to 14 days prior to your booked date, however an additional fee per person will apply. If you wish to reschedule for another date you may do so up to 72 hours prior to your booked date at no additional cost. Failure to appear on your booked date, or to cancel or reschedule within the stated policy, will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
