But your adventure doesn’t end there! During your hands-on cooking class, you’ll craft a romantic, multi-course Italian menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with a crisp burrata salad with tomatoes, arugula, fried basil, and a balsamic glaze drizzle.
Next, enjoy warm focaccia before preparing pan-fried marry me chicken served with a stunning sun-dried tomato and parmesan cream sauce. You’ll also roll out fresh angel hair pasta and roast seasonal vegetables to complete the meal. End on a sweet note with a heavenly parfait, made with layers of red velvet cake, whipped cream, and raspberry jam.

Essential Information
One World Observatory and the Multi-Course Italian Cooking Class are located about a 17-minute walk or 10-minute drive apart.
One World Observatory Admission
- All ages welcome
- All guests must submit to a security screening prior to entering the Observatory
- Strollers are allowed but must be folded up during the elevator ride
- No outside food and/or beverages are allowed
- One World Observatory is a cashless operation there are onsite ATM’s available
Multi-Course Italian Cooking Class
- This experience is designed for adults
- Some dietary restrictions and allergies may be accommodated with prior notice
- Outside beverages are not allowed
- Menus are subject to change

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
One World Observatory Admission
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
Multi-Course Italian Cooking Class
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
